Terms of Agreement

  1. I understand GPS Telemarketing, Inc. will charge my credit card on file in advance for the Initial Investment.
  2. I understand GPS Telemarketing will charge my credit card on file in advance for the re-occurring monthly fee per license every month.
  3. I understand that there will be a reoccurring monthly payment.
  4. I understand the copyrighted materials sent to me are the property of GPS Telemarketing, Inc.
  5. I understand all the material sent to me and/or am able to access via the website is Copyright and may not be copied, distributed or publicly displayed without the written consent of GPS Telemarketing, Inc.
  6. I understand I may use Copyright material off the GPS company web site for Service related purposes only.
  7. I understand GPS Telemarketing may cancel my account if I am in default of payment. (all customer information will be lost after three (3) days)
  8. I understand I am responsible for any costs billed to my account prior to cancellation.
  9. I understand that certain features of the GPS system may or may not be compatible with my computer/phone system.
  10. I understand GPS Telemarketing is under no obligation to refund initial fee and/or the re-occurring monthly fee or any part thereof.
  11. I understand GPS Telemarketing offers optional beneficial services, which may incur additional costs.
  12. I understand I must check with my long distance service provider to ensure I do not incur high telephone costs.(see the “Call Me” feature)
  13. I understand I can cancel this service at any time.
  14. I understand I must submit cancellation requests in writing prior to monthly billing date to the billing department to avoid additional charges to my account.
  15. I understand that it is my responsibility to be aware and adhere to any and all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations and to hold harmless GPS Telemarketing Incorporated for any and all fines or fee’s associated with any violation of said guidelines.
  16. There will be a $25.00 re-connection charge for any account that is cancelled for non-payment.
  17. It is my responsibility to update my credit card information to avoid any disconnection fees.

Copyright Agreement

1. Copyright.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to GPS Insurance Marketing and GPS Telemarketing are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, or other materials. The posting of information or materials on the GPS website does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

2. Limited License; Permitted Uses.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use GPS (Mojo) system strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the GPS (Mojo) system solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

3. Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use.

Your license for access and use of the GPS (Mojo) system and any information, materials or documents therein are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use: You may not (a) copy, print (except for the express limited purpose permitted by Section 2 above), republish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, rent, lease, loan or otherwise make available in any form or by any means all or any portion of the GPS (Mojo) system or any Content and Materials retrieved there from; (b) use the GPS (Mojo) system or any materials obtained from the GPS (Mojo) system to develop, of as a component of, any information, storage and retrieval system, database, information base, or similar resource (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is offered for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, lease, rental, subscription, or any other commercial distribution mechanism.
